The main challenge was to enhance its prominent art deco style architecture while maintaining its character as a residential facility.

 

Due to its height, all lighting fixtures were designed to be placed in sensible positions for maintenance.

 

All products were manufactured in South East Asia region, making it low carbon footprint.
